Unlike traditional proprietary boxes, BitBox works via a J2534 Pass-thru adapter or Ethernet, with a modular plug-in architecture: you only activate the functions you need, without unnecessary extra cost. The software comes with a Senselock USB security key and a client-server architecture that requires a permanent internet connection, with a regularly updated vehicle database.
