Full OBD protocol activation for KESS3 Master, across all vehicle categories in the Alientech catalogue.
OBD mode reads and writes control unit data via the vehicle's diagnostic port, without removal. This activation covers OBD access across all segments, from older to the latest vehicles.
This single activation covers cars and light commercial vehicles, motorcycles, quads and UTVs, agricultural machinery, heavy-duty vehicles and buses, as well as boats and jet-skis. It is aimed at workshops working across multiple segments who want to avoid successive individual activations.
In Master version, read files can be modified in-house or sent to a tuner of your choice.

Activation requirements
How is the protocol activated?
Activation is performed remotely on your KESS3 Master device, via your Alientech ID, within 24 to 48 hours after the order
Is there a time limit on the protocol?
No: activation is permanent for the chosen category and mode. Only vehicle compatibility updates are covered for 12 months, and then renewable.
Can I add more categories later?
Yes, each category and mode can be ordered separately or as a pack. You can expand your KESS3 Slave as your business grows.

No, this is a software extension: it requires a KESS3 Master Alientech device that you already own and have activated.

The content of the protocol (vehicles and modes covered) is identical; only the product reference changes depending on your device version.
