Protocol pack for KESS3 Master covering motorcycles, quads and UTVs, including OBD, Bench and Boot modes.
Motorcycle remapping follows its own logic: compact control units, shorter calibration maps, frequent homologation restrictions on Euro4 and Euro5 models. This pack gives access to all three communication methods on this segment.
OBD mode reads and writes via the diagnostic port without removal. Bench mode connects directly to the control unit connector. Boot mode connects to specific points on the circuit board. This pack covers all access methods from older to the latest machines.
In Master version, read files can be modified in-house or sent to a tuner of your choice.

WHAT THIS PROTOCOL COVERS
Supported vehicles and modes
Check that the category and mode correspond to your usage before ordering, as the protocol cannot be modified after activation.
Motorcycle/ATV/UTV
Motorcycles, scooters, quads, and SSVs (Side-by-Side / UTV), gasoline and hybrids.
OBD-Bench-Boot mode
The three modes combined: OBD for quick intervention, Bench and Boot for ECUs that have been removed or are secure.
OBD, Bench-Boot or full package: how to choose?
All three formats exist for the Moto/Quad/UTV category. This product corresponds to the complete pack, highlighted below.

Activation requirements
How is the protocol activated?
Activation is performed remotely on your KESS3 Master device, via your Alientech ID, within 24 to 48 hours after your order.
Is there a time limit on the protocol?
No: activation is permanent for the chosen category and mode. Only vehicle compatibility updates are covered for 12 months, then renewable.
Can I add more categories later?
Yes, each category and each mode can be ordered separately or as a pack. You can complete your KESS3 Master as your business grows.

Does this protocol work without a KESS3 Master device?
No, this is a software extension: it requires an Alientech KESS3 Master device that you already own and have activated.
What's the difference between this and "OBD Protocols - Motorcycle/Quad/UTV" or "Bench-Boot Protocols - Motorcycle/Quad/UTV" alone?
This package combines both: you don't have to buy the OBD protocol (€1,290.00 excluding VAT) and the Bench-Boot protocol (€890.00 excluding VAT) separately in the same category.
What is "full protocol activation"?
This is the equivalent of that protocol, but extended to all vehicle categories (Car/LCV, Motorcycle/Quad/UTV, Agriculture/HGV/Bus, Boats/Jet Skis) for the selected mode.
Is the protocol different between a KESS3 Slave and a KESS3 Master?
The content of the protocol (vehicles and modes covered) is identical; only the product reference changes depending on your device version.
