Reactivation of a KESS3 Master whose subscription has expired, for a new 12-month period.
A device whose subscription has expired continues to work on already activated protocols. However, it no longer receives new protocols and access to the virtual reading service, web services and technical support is suspended.
Reactivation restores all these services. The new 12-month period runs from the reactivation date, with the elapsed time since the previous expiry factored into the subscription.

Which plan should I choose?
The price depends on when you renew, not on an additional option: the three plans provide access to the same services once active.
Active subscription
Early renewal
Your subscription is still active. You are renewing it before its expiration: the new period starts on the scheduled expiration date, without losing a single day. This is the cheapest of the three options.
Just expired
Renewal
Your subscription has just expired, or you are renewing just after. The new 12-month period starts on the renewal date, slightly more expensive than anticipated, as the subscription was no longer active at the time of purchase.
Expired, services suspended
Reactivation: this product
Your subscription expired some time ago: protocols that have already been activated still work, but the tool no longer receives new protocols, and access to online services and support is suspended. Reactivating renews a 12-month period and restores this access.
