Protocol pack for KESS3 Slave covering motorcycles, quads and UTVs, including OBD, Bench and Boot modes.
In Slave version, read files are encrypted. The modified calibration map is provided by your reference Master.
OBD mode reads and writes via the diagnostic port without removal. Bench mode connects directly to the control unit connector. Boot mode connects to specific points on the circuit board. This pack covers all access methods from older to the latest machines.
This pack allows you to open a motorcycle activity with a contained investment, drawing on the calibration maps of a specialist tuner. It is well-suited to workshops where two-wheelers remain a secondary activity.

Supported vehicles and modes
Please check that the category and mode correspond to your usage before ordering, as the protocol cannot be changed after activation.

OBD-Bench-Boot Mode
All three modes combined: OBD for rapid intervention, Bench and Boot for ECUs that have been removed or are secure.
OBD, Bench-Boot or full package: how to choose?
The three formats exist for the Bike/Quad/UTV category. This product corresponds to the complete pack, highlighted below.

Activation conditions
How is the protocol activated?
Activation is performed remotely on your KESS3 Slave unit, using your Alientech ID, within 24 to 48 hours after your order.
Is the protocol time-limited?
No: activation is permanent for the chosen category and mode. Only vehicle compatibility updates are covered for 12 months, and then renewable.
Can I add more categories later?
Yes, each category and mode can be ordered separately or in a pack. You can complete your KESS3 Slave as your business grows.

Does this protocol work without a KESS3 Slave unit?
No, this is a software extension: it requires an activated Alientech KESS3 Slave unit that you already own.
What's the difference compared to "OBD Protocols - Moto/Quad/UTV" or "Bench-Boot Protocols - Moto/Quad/UTV" alone?
This pack combines both: you do not have to purchase the OBD protocol (€590.00 excl. VAT) and the Bench-Boot protocol (€390.00 excl. VAT) separately within the same category.
What is "full protocol activation"?
This is the equivalent of this protocol, but extended to all vehicle categories (Cars/LCVs, Motorcycles/Quads/UTVs, Agriculture/Heavy Goods Vehicles/Buses, Boats/Jet Skis) for the chosen mode.
Is the protocol different between a KESS3 Slave and a KESS3 Master?
The protocol content (vehicles and modes covered) is identical; only the product reference changes depending on your device version.
